The main floor includes a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen equipped with Viking appliances and a gas cook top and griddle for the chef in the family. This enormous master suite has an over-size sitting area with a romantic fireplace and private balcony overlooking the gulf. Also, on the third floor is the fifth bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bath.
